Delete data & account
How to delete your CellAlert account and all related data — directly in the app or on request.
In the app (fastest)
- 1Open the CellAlert app and sign in.
- 2Go to Settings → “Delete account”.
- 3Confirm — your account and all data are deleted immediately and irreversibly.
By request (without the app)
No longer have access to the app? Send us an email from your account address — we delete your account and all related data within 30 days.

Your account, all monitored deadlines and metadata, and your organization data. CellAlert never stores your Excel/source files anyway — only the deadline metadata.
Exception: invoice/order data subject to statutory retention (e.g. tax law) is kept until the retention period ends and then deleted.
